• You own or have the necessary rights and licenses to use the submitted content.

• You grant ODP360 Business Solutions a limited license to use the content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your orders and services.

7. Third-Party Vendor (3PV) Services

Our 3PV program brings third-party-sourced products onto your purchasing platform — connecting you with third-party vendors for product sourcing and fulfillment. While we facilitate these connections:

• ODP360 Business Solutions acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for third-party vendor performance, product quality, or delivery timelines beyond our reasonable control.
• We vet and manage vendor relationships to ensure quality standards, but ultimate product warranties are subject to each vendor's policies.
• We will work to resolve any issues that arise with third-party vendor orders on your behalf.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ODP360 Business Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our Services.
